Planned Service Agreements
The best way to avoid untimely breakdowns is to keep your equipment in good working order. Regular maintenance not only reduces the frequency of repairs but can prolong the life of the unit. With our Planned Service Agreement, you receive two seasonal tuneups where a technician will inspect, lubricate, and clean all working parts of the system from compressor coils to air filters and blowers. An efficient system uses less electricity lowers your utility bills.

Air Conditioning Installation
Ductless AC Units
If you need a new system, there are many options available to suit your requirements. Ductless mini-split AC installation works well in areas that are unsuitable for ductwork or for rooms that are hard to cool with existing ducts. Mini-split units are quiet because the compressor is located outside. A cassette with a blower is mounted on the wall or ceiling to deliver conditioned air. Up to four rooms can be attached to a compressor. Each room has its own temperature control. Because there is no ductwork, airborne particulates are not transferred from room to room.
Heat Pumps and Central AC Units
If you need a new central unit, we conduct proper, professional calculations to determine the proper size unit for your space. Sizing is critical to indoor comfort. A unit that is undersized cycles on and off too frequently causing the compressor to overwork. A unit that is oversized will not remove humidity, leaving the room feeling clammy.
